The Hidden Fitness Element.
I went over the things you have to do to burn fat and the things you have to do to build muscle but there is one crucial element of improving your fitness that I have not yet gone over and that is motivation.
What makes you want to move?
What pisses you off?
What makes you want to achieve your fitness goals?
Is there a song, video, or image that when seen/heard it sends you over the edge and gives you a massive burst of adrenaline?
These are the questions you must ask yourself before going to the gym or starting your own fitness plan. For some people, just seeing their friends in the gym motivates them. Others will not go to the gym unless they are completely alone. Some listen to fast music like rap/hip-hop, techno/dub step, heavy metal, rock music on their ipods. Others need total silence. You have to find the one external stimulus that sets you off and makes you want to move faster than you have ever moved before.
I am an American Soldier, and this is what motivates me...
Find the thing that sets you off, and working out is no longer a chore rather a "need" to release your energy.
Enjoy

The People that have Helped Me
This post is to show the world the professionals that I have researched over the years to help me get the results.
First and most importantly Stew Smith, a former Navy SEAL who has written the books The Complete Guide to Navy SEAL Fitness, and Maximum Fitness. Smith has also written many columns on Military .com which has helped many people, not just military personnel, have a legible guide to accomplish their own fitness goals.

Next on the list is Jeff Cavaliere, a personal trainer, Physical Therapist, former strength and conditioning coach of the New York Mets, and founder of the AthLean X Training System. I used this system to help cut some weight while maintaining muscle mass.

The next two guys on my list are quite the characters because they bring some humor into this sometimes arduous process. The Hodge Twins (Kieth and Kevin Hodge) are two personal trainers from Anaheim California. I was researching on youtube one day and came across these two crazy guys and I have been addicted to their content ever since. Seeing their 3 year transformation alone can attest to their knowledge of building a healthy physique.

There you have it. Everything I have said in this blog is an echo of these three sources. These are the individuals I researched to help me build muscle and lose fat. So if you want to look further into what I have mentioned in previous posts, look these guys up and I promise you will not be dissatisfied with the information. There is no BS.
