Building Muscle

Now that I have covered all the basics on losing FAT, it is time to address the other end of the fitness spectrum-the people that want to pack on muscle!

Just like in losing weight, you must be: properly hydrated, get the proper amount of sleep, and consult your doctor to clear any preexisting injuries.

The second step, which is just as important as the first one, is making sure your DIET is fueling your body for BUILDING and not BURNING.

How should I do this?

As I mentioned before with weight loss, you need to eat LESS of the RIGHT foods. With building muscle, you simply need to eat MORE of the right foods.

For example, it is good to eat Lean Proteins, healthy fats, and Complex Carbohydrates but simply put you must take moderation out of the equation!

I will go over healthy options for protein in the next post, but for now if you want to build muscle you have to eat, eat, eat!
