Before I get into supplements, NOTE: I am not suggesting you take steroids, hormone boosters, caffeinated "pump" supplements or anything of the sort.
The only thing I would suggest if you absolutely can not get protein from your meals is Whey Protein.
NOW having said this, there are two basic forms of whey protein: Whey Concentrate, and Whey Isolate.
In concentrated forms all the fat is stripped away. In Isolate forms, most of the fat, sugar, lactose, and carbohydrates are stripped away.
Both types will help you build muscle, but I like to use Whey Isolate because it helps to build muscle without packing on extra fat.

To make these supplements effective, mix a few scoops with cold water or milk and drink within 30 minutes of your last repetition of your training session.
